The Fairy and the Mermaid

After initially losing weight, both girls are continuing to grow. Hazel now weighs 2 lbs. 1 oz., Cora weighs 2 lbs. 2 oz. Their feedings have increased and will continue to increase every three hours. At their last feeding, Cora had 3 cc of milk, Hazel 5 cc. We were able to have both girls out of their beds at the same time tonight. The sisters were reunited! Hazel laughed and grinned the entire time. Cora kept searching for food (rooting). Both girls rested well today, sleeping the majority of the time. It was a relaxing day for everyone in the family.
