Hazel continues to struggle with reflux. Tomorrow at rounds, they will discuss changing her formula or adding cereal to her current mixture to help 'thicken' it up. The Prilosec seems to be working as well but it is still a little too early to tell. She is having less bradys but she still seems uncomfortable after her feedings. On the plus side, she loves her swing. They are letting her sleep in it. Right now it is the only thing keeping her calm. When the music is on, it is even better. Hazel had more visitors today, spending time with her grandparents and family friends. She gained weight today, now weighing, 5 lbs. 2 oz.
Cora enjoyed her time with her Grandparents. She had cuddle time with both Gramaw and Pawpaw. She has increased her feedings to 4 oz every 3 to 4 hours and continues to do well without any formula mixed into her milk. Tomorrow morning she will have another check up at the pediatrician.
